Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all industrial tags and labels are still securely attached.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our fabrication team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
